Stainless steel rope mesh has a wide range of applications, including zoo enclosure, railing filling net, bird Aviary mesh and so on. In most cases, It plays a protective role. Stainless steel rope mesh is woven from 304 or 306 Wire rope which makes it a durable and flexible product.
Stainless steel rope mesh was born in 1990. Because of its beautiful appearance, strong bearing capacity and characterized by a long service life, it has won the favor of the market.
Two types of stainless steel rope mesh
Ferrule Rope Mesh
Ferrule rope mesh refers to the connection of steel wire rope with a sleeve. The structure fastened by ferrule makes the mesh solid and able to withstand heavy load and impact. The standard angle of the opening is 60°, but 10° and 90°or other angles are also accepted.
Knotted Rope Mesh
Knotted rope mesh refers to the connection of steel wire rope without sleeves. They are winded and interwoven to form a knotted structure instead of using Ferrule.
It almost provides the same features as ferrule rope mesh. But it is even more transparent
Wire rope diameter
Generally, there are multiple options for rope diameter. There are 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, etc. Different rope diameters provide different strengths and weights.
Wire rope structure
Steel wire rope is a spiral wire formed by twisting several strands of metal wires. Generally, there are 7×7 and 7×19 structures in the market. They give a different strength.
Opening size
For measuring purposes the ferruled mesh is assumed to be stretched to create a 60° angle at the top and bottom of the diamond.
OW=Opening Width
OH=Openging Height
d=Cable Diameter
Θ= 60° angle
